Guy P. Davidson grew up in Savannah and attended Benedictine Military School. Guy graduated from the University of Georgia in 2003 where he earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the Terry College of Business.  Upon graduation, he formed a real estate investment company focused on acquiring residential rental properties. In 2004, Guy joined DAI Commercial to transition into commercial development.

 

After spending a decade acquiring a comprehensive understanding of the development business under the mentorship of DAI’s founding partner, Mike Kistler, Guy began managing all daily operations at DAI.  Now approaching 20 years with the firm, he is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, acquisitions, analyzing project feasibility, budgeting and financing, project management, and asset management.
